i really didn't have any idea of these nigerian scams so i sent on my paypal address and then to my delight this morning i woke up with an email from 'paypal' - (service@paypal.co.uk) saying:

You've got new funds!

Dear (my full name),

You have an Instant Payment of £150.00 GBP
From "Rosalyn Uzzle"(rosalynuzzle@msn.com)

to my delight i thought 'wow' and clicked on 'view the details of this transaction online', yes, it took me to the actual paypal website? (what the hell this confused me? if this is a scam how did it take me to the actual paypal website?) but wouldn't let me log in (whenever i typed in my password it would go to the logging in page and then automatically go back to the main page asking me to log in again) anyway i thought nothing of this and then i checked my email again and noticed i had recieved an email off this 'rosalyn uzzle' person again saying:
hello

i will like to let you know that the payment has been made so i will want you to get this ship out asap and get back to me when you are back from the royal mail post office.

i sent an email back explaining my concerns about how i hadn't recieved any money and then i saw that i had recieved another email from paypal again saying,
Dear PayPal Customer's,

We received mail now about the recent transaction going on between you and Rosalyn Uzzle,We like to notify you that the money has been deducted from the buyer's account and there's no way the transaction can be canceled by the buyer once the transaction has been approved.

However, The actual amount sent by the buyer has been Approved but has not been deposited into your PayPal account and will not reflect because we are securing both side. PayPal have changed it's policy due to some sellers that won't the ship out after the purchased item has been Paid for and deposited into their account.

This transaction is very safe and secure, So we implore you to proceed with the transaction and ship the merchandise to the buyer's given address and get back to us with the shipment tracking details, so that we can verify it and credit your account afterward.

i again, stupidly thought nothing of this because i thought it was just general paypal insurance. i emailed the lady back explaining i'd be sending the item off tomorrow and she replied to me asap saying:

hello,

thanks for the mail,yes i have make the payment but i receive a mail after i make the payment that the payment is been pending in there system and you will have to send them the shipment tracking number before they can credit your account i think they should have send you a mail about that kindly get it mail out today and get back to as soon as you are back from the post office ok and also if royal mail does not insured the package dont botherd about that ok just make sure you mail it via royal mail and get back to me asap.
