When you install and use any of our software scripts you are not on your own! For all the scripts, you get direct support from the software developer. We only distribute software developed in-house, here at cellbiol.com. We are not reselling/distributing any third parties scripts. This means that we are in the position to provide top level, deep support for all the scripts, and this is actually what we do every day for our users.

For the free version, support is provided in the support forum. Post with confidence, all questions are usually aswered quickly, always directly from the developer.

For the Enhanced Version and the Website Comments System, you are still welcome to post in the support forum. In addition, a  support e-mail address specifically dedicated to these versions is included in the readme file (enhanced version) or manual (WCS). Send an e-mail directly to the developer and get fast, accurate, professional yet friendly e-mail support for addressing issues or maybe simply getting suggestions and tips concerning installation and customization of the sofware.
